These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your purchase of digital products from MAJAL TEMPLATES, operated by Majalstudio LLC (“we”, “us”, “our”). By completing a purchase you agree to these Terms.
01Who we are
Majalstudio LLC is a limited liability company organized under the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States. We operate the MAJAL TEMPLATES brand and website.
02Products
We sell original downloadable digital products and templates (Canva, Notion, business documents, career templates and bundles). Product descriptions on the website form part of the offer. Prices are listed in USD and may change; the price at checkout is the price that applies.
03Orders and payment
An order is placed when you complete the checkout process and payment is successfully processed. We accept payment methods offered at checkout (for example card payments processed by our payment provider). You are responsible for providing accurate contact and payment information.
04Delivery
Products are digital. After successful payment, access or download links are provided electronically (typically by email or account access). Delivery is usually immediate. You are responsible for ensuring you can receive and open the files.
05License
Upon purchase you receive a non-exclusive license to use the product for your personal or commercial projects as described at the time of purchase. You may not resell, redistribute, or share the original template files as standalone products. Ownership of the underlying intellectual property remains with Majalstudio LLC.
06No legal advice
Business agreement, service agreement and similar document templates are general editable templates only. They are not legal advice and are not a substitute for advice from a qualified attorney in your jurisdiction. You are responsible for adapting them to your situation and applicable law.
07Refunds
Because products are digital and delivered immediately, refunds are limited. Please read our Refund Policy for full details.
08Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Majalstudio LLC is not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Our total liability arising from any purchase is limited to the amount you paid for that product.
09Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States. Before taking legal action, both parties agree to attempt to resolve disputes in good faith by written contact at least 30 days in advance.
