Refund Policy

Digital nature of products

All products are downloadable digital goods. Once access or download links have been provided, the product is considered delivered.

When refunds may be granted

We may grant a refund at our discretion if:

• You did not receive access or download links due to a technical issue on our side, and we are unable to resolve it within a reasonable time;
• The product you received is substantially different from the description on the website (material defect in description).

Requests should be sent to hello@majaltemplates.com within 7 days of purchase, with your order details and a clear explanation.

When refunds are not available

• Change of mind after download or access has been provided;
• Incompatibility with your tools or software (please check requirements before purchase);
• Failure to customize or use the template as intended;
• Duplicate purchases made in error (contact us — we may help with access instead).

How to request a refund

Email hello@majaltemplates.com with your order reference, the email used at checkout, and the reason for the request. We will respond within a few business days.
